President Daud: Somali state to implement BPR soon
Jijjiga, June 21 (CakaaraNews) – Chief Administrator of the Somali State, Dawud Mohammed, said preparations have been finalized to implement business process reengineering (BPR) at a pilot level in 26 offices.
Speaking at BPR awareness training, Dawud said that the new working system will be implemented in the aforementioned number of offices in Jijjiga, Gode, and Shinile zones after two weeks.
Dawud indicated that the new working system to be implemented on 83 core processes would enable to offer efficient services to the residents.
The training was organized to raise employees’ awareness on BPR concept, he said, adding similar training would be given to all staff of the 26 offices in three rounds.
He finally called on the trainees to contribute share for the efficient implementation of BPR as it is essential to expedite the ongoing economic growth of the state.
